Planning
Our team assists our clients to establish a system size and site parameters with informative drawings based on real-world constraints. We draw from our expertise in design and understanding of the building codes to provide a comprehensive solution that maximizes output production at the least expensive installation cost.
Design
We offer customized solar PV structures solutions tailored to the unique needs and preferences of clients. This may include various designs, sizes, and configurations to match different architectural styles and parking requirements. We utilize our experience in the architectural industry to lead the project team from inception through completion. We have in-house architects who lead the design and permitting process of every project type, including Division of the State Architects (DSA). Our team of architects understand the complexities of design and work closely with our clients to communicate the project parameters from day one.
Engineering
Our in-house structural design ensures all structural considerations are incorporated into the designs form the start. We work with multiple structural consultants to provide stamped calculations to accompany our structural drawings. We can either work our clients’ in-house electrical team or we can provide our own design team. Either way, we coordinate the structural, electrical, and architectural aspects of the project to ensure a fully composed drawing package ready for permit.
Fabrication
We have deep relationships with some of the industry’s top fabricators and steel mills, which allow us to offer the best pricing options available. We work closely with our steel partners to provide our clients with material on time and on budget.
Project Management
Our excellent track record of meeting contract schedules and finishing within cost parameters is the result of good communication from day one. We develop a timeline for our projects with input from all parties involved—owner, architect, consultants, and public agencies— to determine key deadlines and milestones. All team members understand their responsibilities as they relate to the schedule, allowing us to easily monitor and modify the agenda as deviations and unforeseen events occur.
